Employers and agencies are solely responsible for the roles they post and any hiring decisions they make. Candidates are solely responsible for the information they submit and any decisions they make in response to job listings.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

By using the job board, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Job seekers. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile, applications, and any materials you upload, and to update this information as needed.
  • Employers and agencies. You agree to post only legitimate job opportunities and to comply with all applicable labor, employment, non‑discrimination, and data‑protection laws in the jurisdictions where you recruit or operate.
  • Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use of the job board

The job board is provided solely for individuals seeking work, organizations seeking candidates, and related career networking activities. You agree not to misuse the site or its content.

  • No false, misleading, or deceptive information in job posts, profiles, or messages.
  • No posting of jobs that require unlawful fees, multi‑level marketing schemes, or purely commission‑only arrangements that are not clearly disclosed.
  • No scraping, bulk downloading, or building databases from job listings or profiles without prior written permission.
  • No sending of unsolicited or spam messages to other users of the site.
  • No content that is discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

4. Relationship between parties

All interactions, communications, interviews, offers, and working relationships are strictly between the job seeker and the hiring organization. This site does not:

  • Enter into employment contracts on behalf of any party.
  • Verify the identity, background, or qualifications of users.
  • Guarantee that any job listing is accurate, current, or will result in an offer.
  • Guarantee that any candidate is suitable or will be hired.

You are responsible for performing your own due diligence, background checks, and reference checks as appropriate before entering into any engagement.

5. Content you provide

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as job descriptions, resumes, profiles, and messages), but grant the site a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content in connection with operating the job board.

You represent that you have the right to share any information you post, that it does not infringe the rights of others, and that it does not include confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

6. Fees and billing (if applicable)

Some features, such as job postings or enhanced visibility, may be offered on a paid basis. Where fees apply, pricing and billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non‑infringement.

The site does not warrant that the job board will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, that defects will be corrected, or that any information obtained is accurate, complete, or up‑to‑date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its owners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the job board.

In no event will the aggregate liability of the site and its affiliates exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for paid features during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
